Paired Antibody for Human Endoplasmic reticulum resident protein 29
The two antibodies for ERP29 have been tested as a pair in sandwich ELISA application for the quantitative detection of ERP29 in Human, Guinea pig, Bovine, Pig, Dog, Sheep samples.
The capture antibody is tested at 1 ug/ml and the detection antibody at 0.5 ug/ml. Optimal dilutions should be determined empirically for specific sample types and consumables you use.
