Paired Antibody for Human Alpha-enolase
The two antibodies for ENO1 have been tested as a pair in sandwich ELISA application for the quantitative detection of ENO1 in Mouse, Guinea pig, Pig, Rabbit, Goat samples.
The capture antibody is tested at 0.5 ug/ml and the detection antibody at 0.25 ug/ml. Optimal dilutions should be determined empirically for specific sample types and consumables you use.
