Paired Antibody for Human Eukaryotic translation initiation factor 3 subunit I
The two antibodies for EIF3I have been tested as a pair in sandwich ELISA application for the quantitative detection of EIF3I in Guinea pig, Pig, Dog samples.
The capture antibody is tested at 0.5 ug/ml and the detection antibody at 0.34 ug/ml. Optimal dilutions should be determined empirically for specific sample types and consumables you use.
