The Dog Alpha-(1,3)-fucosyltransferase 10 (FUT10) ELISA kit is sensitive and specific for detection of Dog FUT10. No significant cross-reactivity or interference between Dog FUT10 and analogues was observed.
Standard deviation is less than 8% for standards repeated 20 times on the same plate. It is less than 10% when the same sample is measured 20 times by different operators.
