Paired Antibody for Human Dolichyl-diphosphooligosaccharide--protein glycosyltransferase 48 kDa subunit
The two antibodies for DDOST have been tested as a pair in sandwich ELISA application for the quantitative detection of DDOST in Guinea pig, Bovine, Horse, Pig, Dog, Rabbit, Goat, Sheep samples.
The capture antibody is tested at 1 ug/ml and the detection antibody at 0.5 ug/ml. Optimal dilutions should be determined empirically for specific sample types and consumables you use.
