Paired Antibody for Human Death-associated protein 1
The two antibodies for DAP have been tested as a pair in sandwich ELISA application for the quantitative detection of DAP in Human, Hamster, Pig, Dog, Rabbit samples.
The capture antibody is tested at 0.8 ug/ml and the detection antibody at 0.4 ug/ml. Optimal dilutions should be determined empirically for specific sample types and consumables you use.
