Paired Antibody for Human Cathepsin D
The two antibodies for CTSD have been tested as a pair in sandwich ELISA application for the quantitative detection of CTSD in Bovine, Pig, Dog samples.
The capture antibody is tested at 0.2 ug/ml and the detection antibody at 0.2 ug/ml. Optimal dilutions should be determined empirically for specific sample types and consumables you use.
