Paired Antibody for Human Catenin beta-1

The two antibodies for CTNNB1 have been tested as a pair in sandwich ELISA application for the quantitative detection of CTNNB1 in Human, Rat, Mouse, Guinea pig, Bovine, Goat, Sheep samples.

The capture antibody is tested at 1 ug/ml and the detection antibody at 0.1 ug/ml. Optimal dilutions should be determined empirically for specific sample types and consumables you use.
