Paired Antibody for Human Cystatin-C
The two antibodies for CST3 have been tested as a pair in sandwich ELISA application for the quantitative detection of CST3 in Human, Rabbit samples.
The capture antibody is tested at 0.35 ug/ml and the detection antibody at 0.5 ug/ml. Optimal dilutions should be determined empirically for specific sample types and consumables you use.
