Paired Antibody for Human Collagen alpha-1(XVII) chain
The two antibodies for COL17A1 have been tested as a pair in sandwich ELISA application for the quantitative detection of COL17A1 in Pig, Dog, Goat samples.
The capture antibody is tested at 0.5 ug/ml and the detection antibody at 0.25 ug/ml. Optimal dilutions should be determined empirically for specific sample types and consumables you use.
