Paired Antibody for Human Creatine kinase U-type, mitochondrial
The two antibodies for CKMT1A have been tested as a pair in sandwich ELISA application for the quantitative detection of CKMT1A in Guinea pig, Pig, Dog, Goat samples.
The capture antibody is tested at 0.5 ug/ml and the detection antibody at 0.34 ug/ml. Optimal dilutions should be determined empirically for specific sample types and consumables you use.
