The E. coli derived recombinant 6x His fusion at C-terminus, protein contains Chlamydia Trachomatis MOMP protein epitopes, between 252-354 amino acids, and a 6xHis Tag fused at C-terminus.
Chlamydia W5 is suitable for use in ELISA. Each laboratory should determine an optimum working titer for use in its particular application. Other applications have not been tested but use in such assays should not necessarily be excluded.
20mM Tris-HCl, pH 7.2, 1.5M urea and 50% glycerol.
Chlamydia W5 protein was purified by proprietary chromatographic technique.
Protein is >90% pure as determined by SDS- PAGE.
Immunoreactive with sera of Chlamydia Trachomatis infected individuals.
Chlamydia W5 although stable at 4°C for 1 week, should be stored below -18°C. Please prevent freeze thaw cycles.
