Staining antibody. For staining, use 10ul/1,000,000 cells. Titer for blocking/activating T cells should be determined by the investigator.
Purified human PBL T cells.
1mg/ml in PBS (after reconstitution).
Reconstitute with of H2O. Mix gently, wash the sides of the vial and wait 30-60 seconds before use. Stability / Shelf LifeTwo years lyophilized, one month in solution at 4oC.
Lyophilized: store at 4oC. After reconstitution, if not intended for use within a month, aliquot and store at -20oC.
