The Bovine [3-methyl-2-oxobutanoate dehydrogenase [lipoamide]] kinase, mitochondrial(BCKDK) ELISA kit is sensitive and specific for detection of Bovine BCKDK. No significant cross-reactivity or interference between Bovine BCKDK and analogues was observed.
Standard deviation is less than 8% for standards repeated 20 times on the same plate. It is less than 10% when the same sample is measured 20 times by different operators.
