Bovine 3-ketodihydrosphingosine reductase(KDSR) ELISA kit

The Bovine 3-ketodihydrosphingosine reductase(KDSR) ELISA kit is sensitive and specific for detection of Bovine KDSR. No significant cross-reactivity or interference between Bovine KDSR and analogues was observed.
Standard deviation is less than 8% for standards repeated 20 times on the same plate. It is less than 10% when the same sample is measured 20 times by different operators.
