Bovine 60 kDa heat shock protein, mitochondrial(HSPD1) ELISA kit

The Bovine 60 kDa heat shock protein, mitochondrial(HSPD1) ELISA kit is sensitive and specific for detection of Bovine HSPD1. No significant cross-reactivity or interference between Bovine HSPD1 and analogues was observed.
Standard deviation is less than 8% for standards repeated 20 times on the same plate. It is less than 10% when the same sample is measured 20 times by different operators.
