ELISA Kit For Brain Derived Neurotrophic Factor (BDNF)
The kit is a sandwich enzyme immunoassay for in vitro quantitative measurement of BDNF in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell lysates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids. Due to the highly homology of the sequence among different species, the kit can be used to detect human, mouse, rat, rabbit, equine and caprine (goat) samples.
ELISA kits come in different assay types like indirect, sandwitch or competitive ELISA to quantitatively or qualitatively measure an analyte's amount, presence or absence. Linear range of detection determines the amount of "target" can be detected accurately, while sensitivity determines the lower range or smallest changes of "target" can be detected.
