Paired Antibody for Human Biogenesis of lysosome-related organelles complex 1 subunit 1
The two antibodies for BLOC1S1 have been tested as a pair in sandwich ELISA application for the quantitative detection of BLOC1S1 in Rat, Guinea pig, Bovine, Horse, Pig, Dog, Chicken, Goat samples.
The capture antibody is tested at 0.5 ug/ml and the detection antibody at 0.25 ug/ml. Optimal dilutions should be determined empirically for specific sample types and consumables you use.
