Rat APLN (Apelin) ELISA Kit

The kit is a Competitive enzyme immunoassay for in vitro quantitative measurement of APLN in rat serum, plasma and other biological fluids.

This assay has high sensitivity and excellent specificity for detection of Rat APLN. No significant cross-reactivity or interference between Rat APLN and analogues was observed. Note: Limited by current skills and knowledge, it is impossible for us to complete the cross- reactivity detection between Rat APLN and all the analogues, therefore, cross reaction may still exist.
