Porcine APLN (Apelin) ELISA Kit

The kit is a Competitive enzyme immunoassay for in vitro quantitative measurement of APLN in porcine serum, plasma and other biological fluids.

This assay has high sensitivity and excellent specificity for detection of Porcine APLN. No significant cross-reactivity or interference between Porcine APLN and analogues was observed. Note: Limited by current skills and knowledge, it is impossible for us to complete the cross- reactivity detection between Porcine APLN and all the analogues, therefore, cross reaction may still exist.
