Paired Antibody for Human AP-2 complex subunit mu
The two antibodies for AP2M1 have been tested as a pair in sandwich ELISA application for the quantitative detection of AP2M1 in Guinea pig, Bovine, Pig, Goat samples.
The capture antibody is tested at 0.4 ug/ml and the detection antibody at 0.5 ug/ml. Optimal dilutions should be determined empirically for specific sample types and consumables you use.
