ANA Screen IgG ELISA
The ANA Screen ELISA test system is an enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) for the detection of IgG class antibodies to ANA in human serum or plasma.
ELISA kits come in different assay types like indirect, sandwitch or competitive ELISA to quantitatively or qualitatively measure an analyte's amount, presence or absence. Linear range of detection determines the amount of "target" can be detected accurately, while sensitivity determines the lower range or smallest changes of "target" can be detected.
