Paired Antibody for Human Intestinal-type alkaline phosphatase
The two antibodies for ALPI have been tested as a pair in sandwich ELISA application for the quantitative detection of ALPI in Guinea pig, Bovine, Pig samples.
The capture antibody is tested at 0.3 ug/ml and the detection antibody at 0.5 ug/ml. Optimal dilutions should be determined empirically for specific sample types and consumables you use.
