Paired Antibody for Human AFG3-like protein 2
The two antibodies for AFG3L2 have been tested as a pair in sandwich ELISA application for the quantitative detection of AFG3L2 in Rat, Guinea pig, Pig, Dog, Rabbit, Goat, Sheep samples.
The capture antibody is tested at 0.2 ug/ml and the detection antibody at 0.2 ug/ml. Optimal dilutions should be determined empirically for specific sample types and consumables you use.
