Human 11,12-DHETs(11,12-dihydroxyeicosatrienoic acids) ELISA

The kit is a Competitive enzyme immunoassay for in vitro quantitative measurement of 11,12-DHETs in human serum, plasma and other biological fluids.

This assay has high sensitivity and excellent specificity for detection of Human 11,12-DHETs. No significant cross-reactivity or interference between Human 11,12-DHETs and analogues was observed. Note: Limited by current skills and knowledge, it is impossible for us to complete the cross- reactivity detection between Human 11,12-DHETs and all the analogues, therefore, cross reaction may still exist.
